Ella Backstrom Norder and Alice M. Hansen Memorial Scholarship

The Ella Backstrom Norder and Alice M. Hansen Memorial Scholarship was named in honor of local nurse and caregiver Alice M. Hansen, and generous community patron Ella Backstrom Norder who recognized the importance of educating health career professionals and the necessity of quality care. Awards will be made based on the following criteria:
Admitted to the nursing program or a health career program, meets minimum GPA requirements for the program, and preference for students who are single mothers.
