GAP Scholarship Fund

The Gap Scholarship Fund was established to support students who may not qualify for federal and state financial assistance but demonstrate financial need for credit programs and/or workforce training programs. Gap scholarships are especially valuable for students who work while enrolled in classes because earned income may disqualify some students from federal and state financial assistance. Awards may also be considered for childcare, temporary transportation costs, and other situations that may restrict access to education. This fund is supported by donations from Dominion East Ohio, GCA Services Group, Laub Foundation, Meisel Family Foundation, Edwin D. Northrup II Fund, Ohio CAT, Pepsi Beverages Company, Kent H. Smith Charitable Trust, Staples Advantage, Xerox Corporation, and numerous individuals and businesses in the community. Criteria: May not qualify for Federal or State financial assistance but demonstrates financial need.
