Dr. Duncan Endowed Scholarship Fund

A graduate of Cleveland Public Schools, Dr. David Duncan survived a vicious attack on route to school in the eleventh grade. Cleveland residents responded by donating to a college scholarship fund enabling Dr. Duncan to earn his bachelor’s degree. He then went on to earn Master’s and Doctoral degrees, and enjoyed a successful career in administration and teaching, also teaching biology at Tri-C for over a decade. Criteria: 3.0 GPA, Sophomore status, Cleveland resident, and majoring in health careers or nursing.
