Dr. David Duncan Endowed Scholarship Fund

A graduate of Cleveland Public Schools, Dr. David Duncan Survived a vicious attack en route to school in the eleventh grade. Cleveland residents responded by donating a college scholarship fund enabling Dr. Duncan to earn his bachelor’s degree. He then went on to earn Master’s and Doctoral degrees, and enjoyed a successful career in administration and teaching, also teaching biology at Tri-C for over a decade.
