Louis Stokes Scholarship Fund

The Louis Stokes Scholarship Fund was established in honor of Congressman Louis Stokes in recognition of his lifelong contributions to Greater Cleveland and support of the TRIO Programs. Criteria: 2.0 GPA, Student must be enrolled in TRIO Programs.
