Charles Schell Scholarship

The Charles Schell Scholarship was established to assist students in credit and/or non-credit programs, citizens or permanent residents of Ohio, Kentucky or West Virginia, or adjoining states, between the ages of 18-25 years of age maintaining a minimum 2.0 gpa in credit courses.
